Howard noticed an inaccuracy on the wiki:
The wiki seems to be inaccurate about the TV out portion of the design. It says this will be available on pin headers, but it actually comes out of the S-video connector on the front panel. We are planning to fit it both the FPGA and ASIC versions of the card. The FPGA version uses the Connexant CX29874 chip which can do PAL, NTSC and SECAM.
