for the ones who are interested in the topic, I got some information about 
"future" drm-technologies. I got this information from the May-edition of the 
magazine C't.

This is the sequence of drm-technologies related to the hardware:
 
                         AACS                               COPP
Blue-ray Disc/   ---------->  media-software  --------->  graphicscard  ---
HD DVD

                       HDCP                      VEIL
graphicscard  ----------->  monitor  ---------->  camera

The article mentions that if COPP isn't strong enough, Hollywood could make PMP 
(Protected Media Path of Windows Vista) obligatory.
