If someone takes IP from OGP and makes and sells a competing chip without following the rules, that is clearly NOT fair use. It is wrong, and they can be hauled into court and punished for it. It is a copyright violation. It is not "robbery" or "piracy" or "child molestation", or "terrorism" or whatever emotional term someone wants to label it with. _______________________________________________ Open-graphics mailing list [email protected] http://lists.duskglow.com/mailman/listinfo/open-graphics List service provided by Duskglow Consulting, LLC (www.duskglow.com)
