Yes.

Oh, another parameter to the compiler I forgot to mention yesterday is
physcal width of the framebuffer and offset.  This is for panning.  We
need to emit a program that allows for panning with the manipulation
of a single instruction, which is an INC following the initial ADDR.

Usually, but I've added a config register for it.

I will, as soon as I find documentation on it.  I've completely
forgotten how TV signals work.  :)
