That's a bit far reaching, because we cannot achieve this goal
ourselves.

No.  We're making it the responsibility of those who use those
platforms.  Is there a way I can say that without suggesting that WE
will do that work?

This you have to explain very carefully. Licensing with gpl'ed
stuff will raise quite a few concernes.

I intend to be much more careful in the actual speech.  Although, this
is mostly about what's under GPL and what's under MIT/BSD, and the
dual-licensing.

IMHO the talk looks good. It's about what i would expect to hear
and some stuff (like economical problems) i wouldnt have thougt about
but would like to hear anyways.

Well, let's get the submission ready, and then we'll move on to the
REAL speech which includes more detail.
