At the moment, the OHF has nothing (in part because it hasn't been
formed yet), but that doesn't mean we can't get vocal about this and

GNOME, KDE, Mesa, OSDN, EFF, FSF... you name it. OpenGL should just
get bought by the community, just like Blender.
IIUC, the OpenGL patents are owned by SGI *and* 3DLabs. But, they (at
least the software part of them) have all been assigned to some sort of
open license. So, what would be sold? Would they be selling the rights
to use the patents for non-open software?
