Actually, Intel was careful that it isn't their source code, it is this
open source project's.
That said, if their current cross licensing agreements don't cover the
965 and Radeon stuff, I see another round of AMD vs. Intel litigation
coming.
We should be prepared to duck and cover as this might go nuclear. :-)
