And yet, working at Tech Source, I have found this to be far from
perfect.  Tech Source sells a number of boards from a number of
different graphics vendors, and although the failure rate in our own
testing is certainly not high, it's high enough to warrant doing our
own testing... of many thousands of boards.  Tech Source's prices,
market, and vendor requirements probably have something to do with
that being more cost-effective for them, but I hate the idea of a bad
board getting past us.
