Ofcourse it is. Anything you can imagine can be implemented.
At least most of them :)
The real question is, do we want them?

Doing user based security in hardware means the hardware has
to know about users. Which means whe have to implement
one specific protection scheme of one specific OS. Bad idea.
Not to talk about the logic we will spend in this.

IMHO 99% of the protection scheme should go into the driver.
OGA should only give help to implement these in software...
.. if at all (99.9% of these schemes can be implemented
without hardware help).
