Somewhat off topic for this list, but since there are a number of folks on here 
who might be able to give input I figured I'd ask.  I'm looking for a good, 
basic FPGA development board.  I'm not looking for a whole lot of extra 
peripherals and what not on the board, though I wouldn't be against it either.  
Specifically, I'm looking for a board with a good general purpose expansion 
bus.  The more FPGA I/O signals available the better.  My needs are pretty 
basic.  I play around with some embedded microcontroller stuff that I'd like to 
be able to expand with more powerful logic as well as a learning environment 
for hardware developent, etc.  I'm sort of leaning towards something like this:

  Perhaps with a XC3S400-FT256 instead of the base 3S200.
