It might be good to at least put that statement on the site. A one page:

"We are really busy and the website is not top priority. If you would like to help with the site contact <insert email>. If you are interested in purchasing any of our products please contact <insert email>."

Just a suggestion. I don't mean to be rude, but although the wiki is great for development, it is not very good from a business point of view. Many potential customers may be turned away because of it. It's not very "professional", and a little hard to navigate until you learn your way around.

That's not good. Is there a page with contact data on traversaltech.com
somewhere? There should be, and there should be a link to it on the
main OpenGraphics page "Corporate customers please contact Traversal
Technology, LLC" or something.

We are aware that we're sadly lacking a web site. We have a few
options from a few people who have helped us, but we need to make some
decisions and go with them. We just have too many other things going
on that this sadly just isn't going to get done until it's absolutely
necessary.
