Due to the requirements and process for receiving IRS 501(c)(3), I elected to contract with an organization specializing in non-profit corporations to ensure that the formal paperwork for the state of Texas and the IRS are in proper order. I have submitted my paperwork to them and should receive back the paperwork to file with the state of Texas in the next week or two.
