I've designed myself the penguin, it's a genuine. The deamon is more tricky since I've designed it upon an existing art to get the look and change its posture. But all its lines come from my hand.
Now, if one wants to be "clear", just ask to the interested; could be a way to present Traversal and to avoid some confusion. For me, if Traversal isn't interested to own the copyright of this image, so it's "share and share-alike".
