Regardless the interest of this project, it's the same semantical
problem.
One has to insist that it is "Free as in Freedom" and give some
explainations
However, the author doesn't define clearly the meaning of "free and
open"
In fact that's confusing. Those who understand "free" like the FSF will
wonder a lot about its conjonction with "open".
