Yes and no. I feel I should generally be bound by the same rules as
everyone else, and I would not like to see the list degenerate into
having lots and lots of job postings. Being a more prominent member
of the list gives one some extra freedom, but that freedom carries
responsibilities as well.
Generally, what i have seen so far as good practice is
that if one person (or a small group) filter job offers
before they are forwarded to the mailinglist (instead
of companies posting them directly).
