Maybe I don't know where it is, but it looks like the open graphics
wiki doesn't spell out our policy on subversion check-ins.  The most
important points to make to people being given write access is that
(a) all items get free software or copyleft licenses (GPL, X11) as the
primary license, and (b) Traversal gets the copyright so that they can
be relicensed commercially.

There should be a link on the main page, right next to where we link
to the repository.
