yeah, but the 2700 has an Xscale coprocessor interface, which means it needs to have an Xscale (or, I suppose, FPGA) to talk to.

If you find the datasheet for the 2700g, I would like to see it - intel appears to have removed it from their
site.

IIUC, the PXA27x/2700Gx has been replaced by the PXA32x (now a single chip) and that Intel sold this product line:

Note that this only supports VGA (640 x 480).
