Draft 23 is up. I have left it a little unpolished as there is a little technical information that needs a quick review first.
After our crack team of eagle eyed beavers have gone thru the draft, and quotation colors are done - we will put it on the main page. (The plan is for one a month for the next few months - draft being up in the beginning and then posted after being checked).
