You're probably right.  If we do this correctly, it'll be no different
from what Google does by caching.  There's "fair use" written all over
it.

But keep in mind that if we do this, someone is bound to get pissed,
just because they can.  I hesitate to host them on Traversal's site
just because we'd be a nice big lawsuit target (despite the fact that
we have no capital).  Keep in mind that many law suits are predatory
in nature.  Right or wrong, we wouldn't be able to defend ourselves.

So.... someone from Europe whose country's laws make this very clearly
legal and above board with no doubts of any kind needs to host this
stuff.
