About half a year ago, I though "let's make a VGA bios". Of course
it was too much work, and I had 'more important' things to do. So
this is really only the beginnings...

Anyhow, tack a MIT license on it and feel free to use any of
this for your project. It shows nicely how to have the PC
recognise the rom as a (vga)bios with initialization code.
The debugging functionality for under qemu might come in
handy too.
