Here's a few things off the top of my head:

- We've encountered a problem with PCI timing, where the clock has too
much skew. I recently posted a description of the problem to the
list. We need to put in a support ticket with Lattice.
- We're working on synthesis.
   - Synthesis runs to see where timing constraints are being violated.
   - Sanity checks on the constraints files, where we make sure we're
connecting the right signals to the right pins.
- The video controller has had enough work done on it that we need to
do a complete simulation check on it.
   - Use Patrick's code to generate VC programs
   - Use Patrick's VPI code to capture video frames
   - Put some data in memory and watch it scan out a (small) frame
- Plenty of things need to be documented on the wiki
- We need to design and build a proper web site. We're not marketing
ourselves properly, and we badly need to sell OGD1.
- Things need to be better organized, but I'm busy with the chip
design, so I can't do it very well.

There's lots of other things, but this makes a good start.
