I tried emailing [email protected], but it bounced.  I googled for
an alternate email address for Richard Aspden; no response there.  I
used the contact form for gitk.com; no response.  Andre Pouliot
scoured the list archives and emailed me a list of every filename I
mentioned publicly, but I'm sure there are some missing.  For
instance, I have a 1.0 version document that describes the GPU
pipeline stages with detailed descriptions of the math necessary to
fill the configuration registers, but I thought I had added more to
that later.  It's possible I didn't post it, and I'm sure I have this
stuff backed up on a CD somewhere; it would probably take me a day or
two to find it, though.
