And what about real avalaibility ? PowerVR begin to be everywhere in embbeded market but is fully closed and stuck by NDA. There is a market even for a small 3D chip with it's own external DRAM interface + a bus interface. Currently, ARM SoC using 3D core engine are completly memory bound. Using the arm or the HW did not change the performance.
