I cannot help much there, as we mostly buy from digikey and the
like, as our quantities are mostly even less than 25.

We have contact to a few PCB suppliers who are specialized
in low volume and prototype productions. If you could give me
the gerber files and tell me what you exactly need (base material,
thikness, special build up, electrical testing , etc pp)
i could ask for a quote.
