CPU and GPU on the same chip/die. Instead of an x4 CPU you might
have 3 CPUs plus a GPU. Which would have some technical
advantages, such as being able to alternate CPU and GPU working
on the same data without having to ship it back and forth across
a slow bus.
The problem being that they might not document the GPU portion.
Maybe we can counter that by having 3 powerpc cores and ogp gpu in one
package. Or maybe build a a very high bandwidth multi port memory
controller.
One wonders if someone might simply integrate the CPU and the graphics
controller since the AltiVec part of the 600 core would probably make a
good shader.
