As long as that is version 2.0 or higher, yes.  An earlier 1.x effort
by the same name had severe unicode issues, and /will/ break things.


Change is committed to OpenSRF trunk.

There is a Debian unstable package at http://packages.debian.org/sid/libjson-xs-perl.

Of course, 'cpan JSON::XS' also works.
