Well, depending on how you define "medical library", then the Alberta
Library Consortium probably counts. It definitely includes public and
academic libraries.

Thanks Mike,
OK...
Where do I find the properties to change them.
Hey Grant,
In the constants.js for the staff client, we see that
BLOB_MARC_CALLNUMBERS_RETRIEVE is an alias for the opensrf method:
open-ils.cat.biblio.record.marc_cn.retrieve
Grepping the source tree for that, we find that method defined in
Cat.pm.
There's a line in there like this that you can tweak:
for my $tag ( qw/050 055 060 070 080 082 086 088 090 092 096 098
099/ ) {
Which ISTM is ripe for in-db-ificiation ... I'll add a trac ticket to
that affect.
UPDATE: because the tubes were dissatisfied with me last night, this
never went out. I have created said ticket.
Fabulous - if it is a per-org setting, which is how I suspect you
would implement it, then that would make consortia that mix, say,
medical libraries, public libraries, and academic libraries very
happy.
Not that I know of any such consortium.
