[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Spoke too soon - can't login using srfsh either

I cannot login to my admin account on the client, or with srfsh.

Client gives error previously shown

srfsh says:

So, how did my admin get hosed?  And better yet, how can I add it back?
Must be sql to add the admin back
