Can you try shutting everything down, then starting it all back up
again, in the following order? Use the root or opensrf user as
appropriate:
/etc/init.d/apache2 stop
/openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -a stop_all
/etc/init.d/memcached stop
/etc/init.d/memcached start
/openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -a start_all
/etc/init.d/apache2 start
Did this. Everything stopped and started correctly, outside of the
following:
open...@commando-1:/etc/apache2/sites-enabled$ /openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh
-a stop_all
Stopping OpenSRF C process 6881...

/openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh: line 170: opensrf-perl.pl: command not found

I still get the following when executing login admin open-ils:
