I downloaded your file and it worked for me, as Paul says, Mac users are used to just dragging the app file into their Applications folders, there's usually not an installer.
If you want to force your users to undergo a more formal installation process, you can look for the PackageMaker app in the XCode developer tools, but it's not necessary and probably more work than it's worth.
