Hi.  Is it possible that connection latency could prevent patrons from logging 
into their account on Evergreen?  At least a couple of patrons reported being 
unable to log in, both are using satellite internet.  One reported that the 
error was: "UserName/Password Invalid".  Library staff were able to login using 
the same credentials.

What error logs would be useful to me when trying to troubleshoot this type of 
problem? Any advice?
