Thanks for the report, Yamil. That's annoying ... and a product of our attempt to use (what we believed to be) more correct version numbering. Module::Build obviously disagrees. I'll update the tarball later today to work around that, but in the mean time you can modify the $VERSION variable in OpenILS.pm to say just '2.4' and it should work.
