Actually, the 18th also has an EOB meeting, so we should probably
scratch that date.
After checking in IRC, it looks like the 17th works for folks. I've
updated the dev calendar for the meeting to be scheduled at 3 p.m.
(Eastern) Wednesday, February 17.

+1 to a new date for a developers meeting. It looks like we should
avoid the 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (eastern) time block on the 18th because
there is an acq meeting scheduled at 1 p.m.
