That is funny, we had this same problem last week.

We are on 2.9.2.

It seems like the problem has gone away after running autogen and restarting the all the services on the app servers.

Since last Thursday, we have not been able to place holds. Not via the patron screens or in the catalogue. We see this error message and when we click on ‘Place Hold’ the submit button is greyed out.
