All's well now. Or mostly. It still pegs the cpu for a while after
booting. Eventually it settles down and works as advertised. The
addition of the --localhost did make it execute successfully and the
upstart/opensrf.log validated that. I should have inspected the
contents of that startup script and noticed the missing parameter. My
apologies for not doing so.
