Hi Everybody, Karen Collier here, one of your new DIG co-facilitators. With Karen Schneider and Paul Weiss both stepping down as co-facilitators for the Evergreen Documentation Interest Group, I feel like Shannon and I have some pretty big shoes to fill. Under Karen and Paul's leadership, this group has laid a strong foundation on which to build high quality documentation, all in the last five months. I look forward to seeing where we'll go in the next five months and more.
Anyway, it seems it's about time for another meeting, so I've created a Doodle Poll with some choices of dates and times. Please post your preferences at the link below by close of business Friday (10/9) if possible. http://www.doodle.com/9xi57vv8nddt85nn Potential topics for discussion include: Licensing issues Fleshing out our book's outline DocBook training Meeting software Progress Reports I intend to post some questions on these topics to the mailing list for you to consider ahead of time, and perhaps even begin some pre-meeting discussion. If there's anything else you'd like to see discussed at the meeting or on the mailing lists, please email [email protected] or post directly to the documentation mailing list. Thanks, Karen -- Karen Collier Public Services Librarian Kent County Public Library 408 High Street Chestertown, MD 21620 410-778-3636 _______________________________________________ OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION mailing list [email protected] http://list.georgialibraries.org/mailman/listinfo/open-ils-documentation
