Hi All,

I was working on some documentation for action triggers but need some 
clarification. Are their other ways to editing or pointing to  email templates 
other than editing the action_trigger.even_definition.template field via SQL or 
editing the field from the database? In other words, is it possible to edit the 
templates through the staff client or is it possible to point to template files 
located in a directory (like the opensrf.xml configuration file did for 
notifications) from the staff client?
