Hi Guys,
An interesting exchange on IRC today led me to wonder if it would be
generally useful for our documentation to have a "Partner Projects"
page with useful links on how to work with/tune the underlying projects.
A partner project would be something like PostgreSQL or eJabberd which
have nuances that go beyond what our community can directly support.
In the specific context, a question came up around the best
configuration for PostgreSQL and the link:
http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Tuning_Your_PostgreSQL_Server was
offered.
I am sure there are many other useful links that can help beginner and
intermediate technicians get a leg up on running their own "total"
Evergreen installation.
