I reviewed the Part VII. Acquisitions 2.2 documentation; below are my comments.

Under Chapter 33. Selection Lists and Purchase Orders.

Create a selection list
Selection lists can be created in four areas within the module. (Comment:
Should this be changed to five areas and add the View/Place Orders? View/Place
Orders would not fall within the module, but it is possible to create a
selection list from there. If it was added it could read Selection lists can
be created in five areas.)

Add items to a selection list
You can add items to a selection list in one of three ways: (Comment: should
this be one of four ways? There are four listed.)

Merge selection lists
3. Choose the Lead Selection List... (Comment: add a clarification that the
other selection lists will automatically be deleted after the merge.)

(Comment: Should a note be entered into the documentation regarding the fact
that "unknown" selection lists are sometimes created and they can be ignored or
deleted.)

Under Chapter 34: Receive Items From an Invoice

Under Receive Items in Batch (List Mode)

#6. (Comment: I found this confusing. I would suggest rewording it. The
Acquisitions Invoice Receiving screen opens. By default, this screen opens in
List Mode and enables users to receive items in batch. You can select the
number of copies that you want to receive; you are not receiving specific
copies in this mode. (Comment: leave the Numeric Mode out))

Under Receive Specific Copies (Numeric Mode)

#2 (Comment: Once again, confusing. I would suggest - The Acquisitions
Invoice Receiving screen opens. By default, this screen opens in List Mode.
To change mode and receive specific copies (Numeric Mode), click Use List Mode
. (Comment: Just an added remark, I find it confusing that if you want to use
the Numeric Mode, you have to click on Use List Mode, and if you want to use
List Mode you have to click the Use Numeric Mode. Shouldn't those be reversed?)

#3 (Comment: add 3)The screen refreshes. Select.....
