Hi, Aleksey,

I already submitted the project proposal last weekend with a full 5 member
team. However, the Doc Sprint Summit allows for individuals to also apply to
attend. The deadline is Oct. 26. I strongly encourage you to apply as an
individual.

I encourage others in the Evergreen documentation community to apply as well.
Individuals will be added to selected projects at the summit. I am not sure how
individuals are added to each project though (draft, lottery, etc...). Also
note that there is the possibility that our project is not selected but
individuals are accepted. I am not sure about the odds of a proposal being
accepted or how many proposals have been submitted.

Here is the registration form URL:

Thanks,
Robert

Doc Sprint Summit v2.0

Well, in that case and if it's not too late, is there room for one more? As a
relatively new person to Evergreen, I think many of the questions I've had to
answer to get going are still fresh in my mind. I've also been working with
libraries interested in Evergreen and talking to our current libraries, so I
know some of their perspectives and concerns. Also, I have some sysadmin
documentation written - at this point for our local needs, but I am planning to
submit it to the community and perhaps it could be of some use for this project
as well.

Thanks.
Aleksey
