Hi,

I added "ESI" next to some of the documentation needs for 2.4 and 2.5.
 Erica and I can work on these on Friday.  I added in the 2.5 documentation
that ESI has written, so that there isn't any confusion about documentation
needs.  Alternately, I'd be happy to update old documentation or convert to
asciidoc-- whatever is highest priority for DIG.
