I'm in favor of a lunch meeting, and I'm also hoping to work on some actual hackfest-ing in the afternoon. I've got a small list of things that need expansion (or have not yet been ported forward) in the docs.
One thing I was hoping to work on is replacing outdated screenshots and looking for places where things are described as being in spots they aren't anymore.
