Hello,
We used to have a Google Custom Search box in our document when we
were using DocBook. Now we moved to Asciidoc. We hope to have the
search box back.
We used dbhtml-include to add the search box in DocBook. I tried to
use a passthrough block for the dbhtml-include in Asciidoc.

I got an error in xsltpro.log
warning: failed to load external entity
"/data/asciidoc/output/sitka-manual-master/html/gcs.html"
ERROR: dbhtml-include processing instruction href has no content.
Another question is now we wish to have the search box in the header
like the Evergreen document. I wonder whether anyone can point me to
right direction. This is not may familiar area.
