[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] SIP Server installation

Hi,

I have download the Evergreen_Stable_on_Ubuntu_v0.2.zip and want to try the
SIP server of OpenILS. But it seems the SIP server is not installed by
default. Is there any step by step instruction to teach me installation of
SIP server
