[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Supporting RefWorks

The challenge to RefWorks is not generating the data in the correct  
format, it's the fact that poking the "export to RefWorks" button  
transmits the data directly to RefWorks. Unlike other formats, one  
doesn't download the data and then upload/import it elsewhere.
