It sounds like your .srfsh.xml file doesn't have the right Jabber authentication info (hostname/username/password). Note that settings-tester.pl doesn't currently test all of the Jabber username/password combos, just the first one it finds in opensrf_core.xml - that would be a nice improvement. I've run across one or two folks that have set up the first user/password combo in opensrf_core.xml but missed the other two. So double-check that, too. -- Dan Scott Laurentian University
