Hello: I've recently built a few personal aggregators for things like podcasts and blog posts that I'm interested in, and thought that a nice-to-have for the Evergreen project would be a "Planet Evergreen" aggregator for blogs and news related to Evergreen.
So, I've put a quick one together at http://planet-evergreen.coffeecode.net/ - this uses Sam Ruby's "Planet Venus" aggregator with absolutely no tailoring of the "classic_fancy" theme, and the planet contains only the feeds that I'm aware of. This should probably live somewhere like planet.evergreen-ils.org but for the very short term I'm just interested in: 1) Finding out if the community wants this (and therefore finding out if it's worth the effort to setting up a new hostname, etc) 2) Finding out if there are other feeds that should be added to the planet (you can send suggestions on-list or privately); I've tried to make the feeds as narrow as possible, so if someone blogs about poker and politics and Evergreen and offers feeds for each subject, as well as a feed for everything, I've tried to find the Evergreen-only feed 3) Finding out if somebody wants to take over responsibility for this and spruce up (haha) the design, maintain the feeds, etc -- Dan Scott Laurentian University
