Hmm. We used to have that in the install instructions, then there was a discussion on IRC with claims that it was redundant, so we took it out. I have added it back to the install instructions - even if it is redundant on Ubuntu systems, it seems to be required for Debian Etch. Thanks a ton, Michael! -- Dan Scott Laurentian University
