[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Patron registration - Data validation

Hello there

Is there a way of avoiding the default USA datatypes during patron registration
for fields such as Zip Code, Telephone number (e.g. 123-456-789), State and
cellphone number in Evergreen? This give problems especially if our own values
for these fields do not match the expected values in Evergreen.
