Hi Amy - we turn off OPAC Visible for our missing items, they don't show in the OPAC but we can still see them in the client. I'm afraid I don't know why yours aren't showing, but I just wanted you to know that what you're expecting is possible. Cynthia Mohawk College Hamilton ON
